Summary of BASET

BASET aims at creating tools and instruments for fostering social entrepreneurship in Europe through training the trainers in this area of knowledge. As a result of the project a training programme, specific toolkits, curricula and a featured open learning space will be created whilst educators and investors will be trained to maximise their know-how to support social entrepreneurs.

• Working with a number of professional educators in Europe to advance them to the level and specificity of social entrepreneurship to deliver trainings.​

• After completing the trainings the trained educators will be able to teach successfully social entreprises in their early stages of development and overall assist social entrepreneurs.

​

• Trainings to enhance educators' know-how in entrepreneurial skills, mentoring focused on designing business models and networking with other entrepreneurs, access to grants or seed capital.
